Timeless Melodies  For Violin and Cello, Volume I is a transcription of the same titles for Two Violins. This book truly meets a need for more violin and cello duets from the standard classical repertoire.  It includes many of the top favorite selections from Barbara Barber's Solos for Young Violinists, along with a couple of Suzuki favorites. Complete with Forewords from Barbara Barber, herself!

A second Foreword is included by Suzuki pioneer, William Starr (1923-2020), who graciously gave permission to use his Forewords from previous books.

You will receive two booklets -- a duet score and also a cello booklet for performances (helps with page turns for longer selections). Taking your recital preparation up to the next level...! Played with or without piano accompaniment.

You might also enjoy Timeless Melodies For Two Violins (I-III) or Violin and Viola,  (I-II).
