Hymn Melodies For Cello and Violin, Volume I is a beautiful volume of hymns combining the deep and rich tones of the Cello with the bright, sparkling sounds of the Violin! It contains 15 very well-known Christian hymns, with the Violin part having three verses of difficulty — easy, medium, then hard. The melody lines are all in first position, with very manageable keys. The most challenging rhythmic values are mostly 8th notes, with occasional 16ths.
